You Are Never Alone

Every day is new. You are never alone. When change is upon you, dissolve. You cannot expect to understand everything. Rise like an ocean wave pulled forward by the moon. And like a bird who sings without knowing why, take each step in gratitude. Be gracious in times of confusion, the Way is mysterious. Life will return to its dance, as sure as winter changes to spring. ~ Inspired and Adapted: Tao Te Ching. Chapter 7. HopealleyEvery day is new.
You are never alone.
When change is upon you, dissolve.

You cannot expect to understand everything.
Rise like an ocean wave pulled forward by the moon.
And like a bird who sings without knowing why,
take each step in gratitude.

Be gracious in times of confusion,
the Way is mysterious.
Life will return to its dance,
as sure as winter changes to spring.

We Are Instruments of Peace

We are instruments of peace. Where there is hatred, we have an opportunity to spread love; Where there is harm, we can cultivate forgiveness; Where there is doubt, we can advance certainty; Where there is despair, we can instill hope; Where there is darkness, we can uphold light; And where there is sadness, we can foster joy. Lets us not aspire to be supported; as to support to be understood; as to understand, to be loved; as to love wholeheartedly. It is in giving that we receive, It is in forgiving that we break free from the shackles of hatred and anger, and it is in dying that all new beginnings are possible. ~ Adapted: Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi. HopeAlleyWe are instruments of peace.

Where there is hatred, we have an opportunity to spread love;

Where there is harm, we can cultivate forgiveness;

Where there is doubt, we can advance certainty;

Where there is despair, we can instill hope;

Where there is darkness, we can uphold light;

And where there is sadness, we can foster joy.

Lets us not aspire to be supported; as to support

to be understood; as to understand,

to be loved; as to love wholeheartedly.

It is in giving that we receive,

It is in forgiving that we break free from the shackles of hatred and anger,

and it is in dying that all new beginnings are possible.
