Not Knowing Stress At All

Heaven and Earth are everlasting. Heaven and Earth do not pursue a purpose or try to find its path. Silently and steadfastly accepting each of their positions in the universe as it is. Obeying day and night. Allowing seasons to come and go without anguish, fear or stress. The wise do not hold fixed ideas. The harder we try to force things to go our way, the bigger the onslaught of dead ends and feeling of hopelessness grows. Poisoning our minds and souls. We can avoid spending energy in futility and accomplish more by using the tide of each day to take each of us to where we need to go. By giving up, we gain and become more and by holding on, we squander and become less. Losing the gift of living by challenging our being to the core that slowly unwrap the steadfast beauty from within. Imagine not knowing stress at all….

Heaven and Earth are everlasting.
Heaven and Earth do not pursue a purpose;
or try to find its path.
Silently and steadfastly accepting
each its position in the universe.
Obeying day and night.
Allowing seasons to come and go without anguish, fear or stress.

Do not hold fixed ideas about yourself or life.
The harder we try to force things to go our way,
the bigger the onslaught of dead ends and feeling of hopelessness grows.
Poisoning our minds and souls.
We can avoid spending energy in futility
and accomplish more by using the tide of each day
to take us to where we need to go.

By giving up, we gain and become more
and by holding on, we squander and become less.
Losing the gift of living by challenging our being to the core
that slowly reveal the steadfast beauty from within.

Imagine not knowing stress at all….
