Mothers are our fabrication.
We deny them an existence of their own.
We blame them for our weaknesses, shortcomings and deficiencies.
We demand that our mother love us fully and unconditionally
with out the slightest inkling of human faltering.
As children we think of mothers as our personal genie
that grant us all of our wishes and fulfill our needs
when and where we need it most.
As teenagers we demand that our mothers leave as alone
as we already know it all.
