Dad, you left me with beautiful memories that always make me smile.
You taught me by example that love conquers all.

That challenges require patience, understanding and forgiveness. That counting my blessings will bring me such joy; but pure bliss flows from letting go of the transgressions of others. To enjoy each day and to never regret the past, nothing is important enough to color my mind.

Life is easier when I am gentle and kind, it makes falling down less awkward when I have friends around. To smile and help a stranger whenever I can, because benevolence form lasting bonds for all around. To remember to laugh often; it cleanses the soul. And when I am on your knees that courage will help me get back up again.

Contentment flows from deep within my soul. And to want less and care more; not to speak ill of the ones that trouble me most; to uplift myself instead of allowing the darkest corner of my heart to influence my mind.
